Where is the experience taking place?
Hexagone MMA events take place on different dates in various cities and countries, each in a unique location. The exact location therefore varies depending on the edition. To find the precise location of the event you are interested in, visit the Hexagone MMA website.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
It depends on the venue! Some Hexagone MMA shows take place outdoors in spectacular settings, such as the Orange Roman Theatre, while others are held indoors. Each edition is unique. In the event of an outdoor show, if the weather prevents the show from running smoothly, you will be informed by email at the address associated with your Fever account. Remember to check your spam folder!
How long does the experience last?
The event lasts about 4 hours, but you are free to arrive and leave whenever you wish. To make sure you don't miss anything, we recommend arriving at the start to fully enjoy the atmosphere, entertainment, and the entirety of the fights.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, parking or a solution to park your vehicle is available.
Will there be other sessions added?

Is there virtual reality?
This experience does not offer a virtual reality option.
Is there a dress code?
There is no defined dress code for this experience. Casual wear will suffice.
Will there be interactions with the performers?
Although the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching and enjoying!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! Merchandise will be available for sale at the shop.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I buy tickets on site?
There will be a box office on site. However, it is possible that there will be no tickets left when you arrive. We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to ensure a spot in the category you are interested in. You can buy tickets from the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. Simply click on "Transfer ticket" from your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any additional help. Don't forget to provide your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your electronic tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket from the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account used when purchasing your ticket. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final, and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs. In the event of the event being cancelled at the request of the organizer, without a rescheduled date, the price of your tickets will be refunded. In the event of a postponement, any refund of this ticket will be subject to the event organizer's conditions. In all cases (cancellation or postponement), no ancillary costs (hotel, train, plane, taxi, etc.) of any nature whatsoever will be refunded or compensated.
Can I make a group booking?

Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer press passes for this event.
ABOUT EVENT ACCESSIBILITY
Do I need to arrive at my session time?
We recommend arriving at the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive at any time during the show, up to 30 minutes before the end.
Are animals accepted? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not accepted within the event enclosure. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Are there prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking areas will be available.
Do you offer tickets for accompanying caregivers?
Unfortunately, no tickets for accompanying caregivers are available.
Is the experience accessible to people with hearing/visual impairments?
People with hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience as it is primarily visual. However, we do not recommend this experience for people with visual impairments.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event does not use strobe lights.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit?
This experience is seated, and each visitor will have an assigned seat.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Restrooms will be available on site. Please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I use my camera/video camera during the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Please be careful not to disturb other visitors when taking pictures. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found area?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if they have found your personal belongings. If you cannot ask them, please contact us at contact@hexagonemma.fr.
Is a cloakroom available?
Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom available.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement to attend the event. Children's participation is left to the parents' discretion, depending on the nature of the show. Please note that the venue is not accessible to strollers.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
